Assessio Bloom platform update June 2026

In this update, we focus on:
- We are moving to a new Help center
- New report cover
To provide a better support experience, we are moving our help center from the Bloom platform to a dedicated and more comprehensive help center.
The new help center will offer improved search functionality, clearer article categorisation, updated documentation, and a more user-friendly experience. Our goal is to make it easier and faster for you to find answers to your questions and access the support you need.
You will still be able to access the help center directly via link from the Bloom platform. Simply click the "?" icon in the upper-right corner of the platform to open the help center and access guides, articles, and support resources.
We look forward to providing a more modern and efficient help center for all our users.
In the April newsletter, we announced we will be introducing a new visual styling for Bloom.
Part of that styling is a new report cover, which we will start to enable in the upcoming period. We feel the new styling fits better with our broad product offering. You will see the cover appear in your portal.
If your portal has its own theming, the report cover you will see will remain the same as it is now.
