Personal Development Scan Package

Personal development starter consists of Personality (QPI), Motivation (QDI) and Roles (QRI). Gives insight into a person's unique talents, what motivates and energizes and which role fits best.
Personal development advanced builds on the basic talent profile and gives further insight into someone's strengths and areas for development. What are you really good at and how can you make the most of your talent? The various assignments, Career Values, My Successes and a 360-feedback tool help to create a personal development plan.

The Personal development advanced assessment makes candidates think about their development more than reading test results. This will deepen their understanding and make better development choices.

Leadership Scan Package

Leadership development starter is based on Personality (QPN) and gives insight into someone's leadership style and strength. The feedback report is based on Quinn's Competing Values Framework, which defines four areas of focus: Innovation, Results, Control, and People, and describes eight roles, two per focus area.

Leadership in action Package

Leadership Development advanced builds on the starter program and is a deep dive into a person’s leadership profile. The various additional tools and assignments: Team assignment, Heroes, My successes and a 360-feedback tool helps to create a personal leadership development plan. Important for analysing leadership qualities and a basis for successful development decisions.

Learning Agility Scan Package

Learning Agility is the ability to quickly develop new, effective behaviours based on new experiences. 

Learning Agility in Action Package

Learning Agility advanced adds feedback on Learning Agility performance through a 360 questionnaire. The feedback report provides a comprehensive overview. The advanced assessment deepens the understanding of Learning Agility behaviour and can also be used with teams, to determine the best way to work together.

Inclusion Scan Package

The inclusion scan identifies the skills people possess to make diversity and inclusion a success, to create more acceptance of differences, and to make better use of everyone’s talents. The team insights help deepen the bond between colleagues.

Team Talents and Motivation scan Package

Team development gives insight into your team based on the individual results on Personality (Big Five and Talents), Motivation, Roles, and Learning Agility. The report can be displayed anonymously or non-anonymously.

Employability scan Package

Career Development starter consists of the Employability questionnaire and provides insight into a person’s current employability and how you can improve it.

Employability in action

Career Development advanced is a comprehensive program, also including Personality (QPN), Motivation (QDN), Work types (QWSN) and the Labour Market Explorer. Step by step participants explore their career options in terms of professions, training programs and / or (internal) vacancies.
