MAP
MAP is widely used for assessing personality-based competencies.
What is measured?
MAP measures personality characteristics and is based on the Five-Factor Model. These characteristics vary between individuals and are important in the work context.
When to use it?
The Personality questionnaire can be used for (pre)selection, mobility and development. Based on the questionnaire, conclusions can be drawn about traits or competencies.
Why use it?
MAP is based on the Five Factor (OCEAN) model of personality, a modern, robust and evidence based model for measuring personality. This model distinguishes five personality factors, which are: Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousnes, Emotional Stability, and Openness. For each of the five factors, 4 facets are measured and reported as well.
How to use it?
There is no time limit for taking the test; on average, candidates take 20 minutes to complete it. Various report formats are available, such as a candidate report and an interpretive report. The standard used for this questionnaire is: general population. The norm scores used in the report are C-scores.
