When to use it?
Q1000 Motivation (QDI) can be used for mobility and development.
Why use it?
The motivation questionnaire provides insight into a candidate’s work values and motivators. The results are related to the culture of organisations, making it possible to see whether a working environment is a good fit. The Motivation questionnaire is based on McClelland’s theory. Based on the questionnaire, 12 motivators are identified, clustered into 5 core motivators.
How to use it?
There is no time limit for taking the test; on average, candidates take 15 minutes to complete it. The report describes the strongest and weakest motivators. The questionnaire is ipsative, meaning that two statements are presented and the most appropriate one must be selected. This results in a ranking of motivators.
