Motivation (QDN)

What is measured?

Drivers are needs that prompt people to act. In a world where much is changing and new possibilities arise, it is increasingly important to consciously consider what truly motivates someone at work. Motivation (QDN) provides insight into a candidate's work values and motivators. Motivation is based on McClelland's theory., among others. The questionnaire maps 12 drivers.

When to use?

Motivation (QDN) can be used for (pre)selection, mobility and development.

Why use?

The Motivation questionnaire provides insight into a candidate's work values and motivators. The results are related to an organisation's culture so it is possible to see whether a working environment is a good fit.

How to use?

There is no time limit for taking the test; on average candidates take 15 minutes to complete it. The report describes the strongest and weakest drivers. Norms for selection and development are available for the questionnaire. You can also view the results without norms.
