Recruitment Packages

Talent package

This package includes three tests , all COTAN certified. The feedback reports are focused on giving candidates insights into their own talents and qualities. By using the Talent package, you can create your own assessment profiles to match candidate data with jobs.

Competency package

This package includes MAP and Matrigma, both reviewed by DNV. Feedback reports are focused on candidate personality and competencies and match with a specific job or role. There are different reports for candidate and HR expert use.
 

Screening package

This package consists of MAP Essence. It is a quick and easy screening test based on a selection of questions from the MAP personality test. Designed to measure integrity and service skills, you can streamline and significantly shorten the selection processes with large numbers of applicants. The test helps you gather relevant information about your candidates at an early stage to give you an objective basis for deciding who should go to the next stage.

Skills package

This package includes a set of tests to assess functional skills; learned abilities that enable a person to perform tasks effectively and competently.
 
  • Short term memory (QKTG)

    Measures short term memory and concentration ability

  • Accuracy (QNN)

    Measures how quickly and accurately someone can work

     

  • English Language Test

    Asse
    sses the level of English. Reports on CEFR levels A1 t/m B2
  • Typing test (QTN)

    Measures general typing skills: speed and accuracy. 
  • Dutch reading comprehension (QBT)

    Assesses comprehension of (simple) Dutch texts that may be encountered at work, e.g. for following basic instructions
  • Dutch Spelling and Grammar (QSN)

    Provides insight into Dutch written spelling & grammar skills 

Reflection package

This package includes a set of reflective assignments that assess self-awareness and provide insight into career choices, behaviour, motivation and the ability to learn from experience. It measures reflective capacity, authenticity, and potential for professional growth. It offers candidates the opportunity to show their unique added value.

Glorious Mistake:

Provides insight into how someone deals with and learns from mistakes.

Assignment. Candidate can show his/her unique talent.

CV package

This package allows the candidate to create their CV in the Assessio Bloom platform. All candidate data, relevant for the hiring process is combined in Bloom, making the candidate overviews and compare screens more advanced.

Additional insights

This package contains Cammio services to have an automated interview with the candidate. Depending on the level of customisation you can even include your own company introduction and ask your own questions.
