Reminder: Assessio Bloom Portal URL will change on 05-07-2025
Hello!
We are constantly working to innovate our services and products. In this update, we focus on:
- www.Q1000.nl will become www.assessiobloom.online
- Accessibility: a small cosmetic change
- Assessment tab first
- Public link for your assessments
- Notification for candidates when reusing test results
Important: www.Q1000.nl will become www.assessiobloom.online from May 2025
From our update on May 7th 2025, the Bloom platform will have a new domain name: assessiobloom.online.
This means that all services you currently use via q1000.nl will soon be accessible via assessiobloom.online. The q1000.nl URL will remain available until the end of 2025 and will automatically redirect you to the new one.
Why this change?
Assessio Bloom is growing! Until now, we have mainly focused on customers in the Netherlands. As part of the Assessio group, we have more and more international customers and now also support organisations in other countries. The new domain name better matches this international expansion and ensures that we are more flexible and scalable in the future. This helps us to serve you and other customers even better.
What does this mean for you in concrete terms?
For most users, little will change: you can continue to use your portal as you normally would. However, there are a few points of attention:
- The URL of your portal will change from q1000.nl/portalname to assessiobloom.online/portalname
- The emails from our platform will be sent from message@assessiobloom.online after this change
For advanced users or administrators
If you are a contact person for your colleagues of the portal(s) of your organisation, then there are a few points that may be relevant to you:
- Manuals and documentation: If your organisation has internal documentation that contains the old URL, make sure that it is updated to assessiobloom.online/portalname
- Whitelisting of emails: Bloom currently sends emails from @q1000.nl addresses. It is possible that your organisation uses a “white list”, where only email addresses from specific domains are allowed through. Check and update any whitelists for emails from @assessiobloom.online. For this, please contact the person in charge of this at your organisation, such as a system administrator.
- Technical connections (API/SSO/SCIM): Do you use functional functions, such as APIs or Single Sign-On (SSO)? Then we will contact your organisation personally shortly to discuss the impact and to ensure a smooth transition to the new domain name. These connections will not all be transferred automatically to the new domain on May 7th.
Do you have any questions? Our support team is ready to help you.
Accessibility: a small cosmetic change
A small difference, but a bit friendlier to the eyes. We have adjusted the notifications in our application so that they stand out more on non-white backgrounds.

Within our recruitment solution
Assessment tab first
We always strive to increase the user convenience and reduce the number of clicks. The fastest route to create a candidate and prepare an assessment is from the assessment. That is why we now put the list of assessments at the front and the list of candidates second.
So when you log in to our recruitment solution, you will first end up in the assessment overview. By clicking on an assessment, you will immediately end up with the candidates for that assessment. This provides a better overview and fewer clicks for frequently used actions that have to do with an assessment.
With these changes, you will work more efficiently and faster. Do you want to work with the overview of all candidates? Then click on the Candidates tab.

Easier every time: a public link for your assessments
Good news for recruitment teams! In this update, we are introducing an automatic candidate link at assessment level. This means less manual input and a smoother registration for candidates.
How it works
- You let the system create a unique link for an assessment. You can share this via email, or even place it directly on the vacancy page on your organisation's website.
- A candidate clicks on the link and enters an email address.
- Based on the email address, we automatically create an account for the candidate, link it to the relevant assessment and send an activation email to the candidate.
- The candidate starts the assessment directly from the activation email.
This approach speeds up the recruitment process: you do not have to create accounts for candidates and the chance of making mistakes is reduced.
How to create a link
- Navigate to an assessment in the assessment overview for which you want to create a public link, and click on the i. This opens the information screen of the assessment.
- Under the Create new candidate button you will see a Public link button.
- Click on Enable there and then you can copy the link as desired.
Can the vacancy be closed? Navigate to this window again and then click on Disable. The link will no longer give access to the assessment.

New notification for candidates when reusing test results
We already mentioned this in the newsletter of June last year: candidates who had already completed an assessment can reuse previous results. When starting the test, the candidate will receive a notification from us that there are previous results.
We received feedback from customers within our that it was not always clear to candidates which test or questionnaire this reusing of result applied to. This was not yet visible in the assessment steps.
We also found this to be a nice addition, and that is why we have added a notification specifically to these steps from this update. This way, candidates can immediately see where there are previous results that can be reused for their assessment.
