We are constantly working to innovate our services and products. In this short update, we focus on:
- A new way of collecting feedback
- Improvements to the export of billable data
We are introducing a new way to collect feedback
As an Assessio Bloom user, we ask for your feedback every quarter. This allows you to let us know what we’re doing well and what could be improved.
One thing we have heard is that the way we asked for feedback was considered impractical. Previously, we prompted for feedback immediately after logging in, which was not an ideal moment.
From now on, you will see a notification at the top of your screen - this will not appear immediately, but 10 minutes after logging in. No interruptions, just a calm notification at the top of your screen. You choose when to provide feedback.
Would you like to share your experience before the end of the quarter? You can click the “Give feedback” button in the help window at any time.
Billable data - now viewable by month
Since October, you have been able to export all billable activities in a single overview. We have now expanded this: there is a new column showing the month. This allows you to select and filter all activities from a specific month with just one click.
