Motivation update postponed for a month
Over the past few weeks we have been working hard on updating our Motivational Questionnaires. The update was supposed to be this week but we decided to postpone it for a month. For all updates, we want to be sure they are fully tested and reliable. Because that reliability was not yet 100% guaranteed, we felt postponing was the best and only option.
We would like to give you a sneak preview of the new report. We really think this is an improvement over the old report.
Team Analytics: Learning Agility
We already have team analysis reports for the Inclusion Scan, Q1000 Personality, and Q1000 Motivation. This release will be adding the team analysis for Learning Agility. Below you can see what it will look like.

Expansion of fit scores for recruitment
We have expanded the fit scores in our recruitment solution. When comparing candidates, you can now also include results for Learning Agility, Reading Comprehension, English Language, Accuracy, Typing, and Spelling and Grammar. These scores will also be included in the matching report.
We added norms for short term memory
The Short-Term Memory test has been running for some time now. The result was the number of correct answers. Sufficient data is now available to establish a norm. Therefore, in addition to the number of correct answers, a qualification is now also linked to the score.
