Technical update Assessio Bloom platform Oktober 2025
Hello!
We are constantly working to innovate our services and products. In this short update, we focus on:
- Motivation update
- Labor market explorer renewed
- New format 360 feedback reports
- Anouncement: Teams will become Groups
Motivation update
We have already announced it in recent news updates: with this release, we are updating our motivational questionnaires and the associated reports. We are doing this for both the normative version (QDN) and the ipsative version (QDI).
What is changing?
- We have new norm groups for QDN. The impact of this is minor, however.
- We are aligning the scales of both motivational questionnaires.
- We have also refreshed the report design, and we consider it a significant improvement over the old report. See the image below.
What does this mean in concrete terms for candidate assessments?
- Candidates who complete the motivational questionnaire after October 8th will receive the new version with the new standards and report.
- Candidates who completed the questionnaire before October 8th still received the old version and will see their results in the old reports and with the original standards. Their scores and reports will therefore remain the same.
- Candidates who started their assessment before the release but were not yet finished will unfortunately have to start again.

Labormarket explorer renewed
We have renewed and technically improved the labor market explorer. While the functionality hasn't changed, the way the application works (under the hood) has. Users will notice that our other applications will also run more smoothly and quickly.
New format 360 feedback reports
We have updated our 360-degree feedback reports! The new reporting style has been implemented first for the National Competency tool, but we will be implementing it on our other 360-degree feedback reports in the coming weeks.

Anouncement: Teams will become Groups
Our Talent Development offering includes a convenient Teams feature. This allows you to easily create a team, for example, for a department, project group, or a team of available talent. This handy feature will also be available in our recruitment solution starting with our November update.
To be able to use this functionality more widely, we will rename it from Teams to Groups. The functionality remains exactly the same. With Groups in our recruitment solution, you can collaborate even more efficiently and manage candidates even better.
What could this mean for my organisation?
We are announcing this change because your organization may have internal manuals. If this documentation refers to Teams, we recommend updating it so your colleagues can continue to use this functionality.
