Improvements Labour market explorer
We have made several improvements to the Labour Market Explorer. Here's a list of the most important improvements:
- We occasionally received questions about how exactly the filters work. Because of that, we have added an Info option for each filter. Clicking on it clearly explains how the filter works and how to use it optimally.
- We have added an additional filter for Disabilities. If a candidate has one or more disabilities - and indicates this in the filters - we will provide results that are most appropriate for that candidate.
New Candidate Information Screen
As announced in the previous newsletter, we have been working hard on the new candidate information screen. You can find it by on the candidate overview clicking on the three dots next to the candidate, and clicking on "Edit dossier".
This new version offers you a better overview and allows you to complete your work with fewer clicks. In addition, program services can now be started directly, without having to open the candidate's dashboard first - a real convenience.
With this release we have activated this new page for all customers using the standard Talent Development and Recruitment solution; for them, the previous candidate information screen will no longer be available.
For customers with a specialised solution, we will enable the new page in consultation. Our aim is for everyone to be working with the new version within three months. Would you like more information about this? Please contact your regular contact person at Assessio Bloom.
