Scheduled technical update February 4th
On Wednesday, February 4th, we will be updating our (server) infrastructure. This will keep us up-to-date on security. We expect this update to take slightly longer than usual. Our applications will be offline from 20:00 to approximately 23:00.
Update report QK360 Strengths
We have updated the Strengths 360 report. The design is now in line with the style we introduced last May. Below is an example of what it will look like:
Alignment colours Career Values and Motivation
Career values and motivations are closely related. The colours we used in these questionnaires and reports did not yet have any meaningful overlap. Based on feedback from our users, we are correcting this.
We have given the career values the same color palette as the corresponding motivations. This makes it easy to use both reports side by side! There are Career values that do not align with any of the general motivations. We have given those shades of green and teal.
The designation Recruiter becomes Member
When using assessments, may encounter two terms: owner and recruiter. The owner of the assessment can edit it. A recruiter can use the assessment but not edit it. We are changing the term "recruiter" to "member" to make it a more useful term to use in our Talent Development offerings.
Updated assessment overview
We are constantly working to improve the user-friendliness of our platform. This time we are updating the overview of available assessments: more functional, clearer, and immediately visible with relevant information such as deadlines or the number of completed assessments. We will be implementing this change within our recruitment solution. Below you can see a preview.
