Technical update Assessio Bloom platform April 2026
Hello!
In this update, we focus on:
- Updated candidate overview
- New Leadership report
- Announcement: new look and feel
Updated candidate overview
We have updated the candidate overview inside assessments to make it easier to read and quicker to use. All features you are used to are still there - everything is simply organized more clearly.
What is improved
- Important candidate info - such as the status, score, and reviewer - is now directly displayed in the candidate overview. This makes it easier to review candidates and with fewer clicks. If you do not use these types of information in your assessment, these columns will not appear.
- Actions and advanced options only appear when you select one or more candidates. This keeps the page clean, while still giving you all the tools you need when you need them.
- The overall layout now aligns better with the rest of the platform.
This update applies only to the candidate overview within assessments. Below you can see an example of how it looks like. We will update the general candidate overview later this year.

New Leadership report will be launched next week
Next week, April 8, we will update the Leadership report. The design will be in line with the new report style we introduced May last year.
The reporting on the four aspects provide a clearer and more accessible link to Quinn’s Competing Values Model, through updated colour use, a new scoring component, and the model’s visual layout.
You first see how well Innovation, Control, People or Results match your preferences, followed by the role within that framework that best fits your personality traits.
The model is explained in more detail, and you receive tips on how to explore your results further. Below is an example of what you can expect (sample is in Dutch).

Coming-up: a new Look & Feel for Assessio Bloom
At Assessio we will soon introduce a new visual styling. We will also introduce this styling in the Assessio Bloom platform in an upcoming release.
These changes will contain:
- The primary use of blue, instead of now Lilac. You will see this on the controls of the platform (see the above image of the candidate overview), and in score components.
- New imagery on the login page and report covers.
- The Assessio Bloom logo will be all-black.

If your organisation has a portal with its own branding, these visual changes will not apply. Your portal colours, imagery and logo will remain the same!
