Calculation of the competency "Humility" is updated

The competency "Humility" is calculated using four MAP sub scales: AG1 - Trust ,  AG4 - Compassion , ES1 – Unconcern, and ES3 – Confidence. This change will not change the facet-mix, what's new is that ES1  (Unconcern) and ES3 (Confidence) will be reversed, meaning that extremely low scores on these two facets will drive underuse of Humility, while extremely high scores will drive overuse. 

Calculation of Humility competency is updated

As part of our constant effort and devotion to ensure valid psychometric insights based on data, research and best practice, we continuously update and improve the underlying foundation of your talent management decisions.

From 2025-12-10 the underlying calculation for the competency Humility is updated and improved.


What does the change mean for you?

For Recruitment processes, this means that all new recruitments will be based on the new calculation method. Existing candidates added to a new recruitment will have updated scores. 

In the Development module, all new Talent Management activities will be based on the new calculation method. In Self Awareness Insights, scores for Humility will be updated to ensure the best possible foundation for development.
