Development and Recruitment packages and billing plan page

The Assessio platform offers many different functionalities, for both Recruitment and Development. Your organization’s need for data use in these modules can change quickly. With the newly introduced Billing plan you can see exactly what your organization is currently using and whether that is enough.

The Billing plan page can be accessed by clicking on ‘Settings’ in the menu on the left and selecting ‘Billing Plans’ from the dropdown menu. Only users with the Owner role can access this page. You will find information on your plan, the number of users for each role in the platform, and any limits that have been set, for instance on the number of users or number ofassessments. You will also see the add-ons that have been activated on top of your organization's plan. The number of available plans and add-ons will increase over time. 

With the arrival of Billing plans, the soft limits for number of users are replaced with hard limits and organizations will be charged for exceeding their limits. However, organizations that currently already exceed their limits are not charged. This only happens after an organization has chosen a new billing plan and is then exceeding the limits of that plan. In order to make sure that organizations are aware of their current use and limits, an email will be sent out to Owners when the use reaches 75% of the limit. At the moment you will need to contact your Key Account Manager at Assessio to change your plan. Soon you will be able to do this independently and quickly, via the Billing plan page.
