GMA added to the potential report (report studio)
We’ve now added a GMA (General Mental Ability) section to the Potential Report Template. The new GMA section introduces a cognitive perspective that complements the existing personality and values insights. It is designed to support discussions about task complexity, learning pace, and cognitive demands at work.
We’ve now added a GMA (General Mental Ability) section to the Potential Report Template.
The new GMA section introduces a cognitive perspective that complements the existing personality and valuesinsights.
It is designed to support discussions about task complexity, learning pace, and cognitive demands at work — without making claims about intelligence, competence, or performance.
The section currently includes:
A visual distribution view showing how results relate to the broader population (low / moderate / high range)
An AI-generated cognitive description, structured into:
- Cognitive approach to work
- Fit with role complexity and work environment
- Contextual strengths and watch-outs
The language is intentionally descriptive and contextual, focusing on how individuals typically experience and manage cognitive demands — not what they are capable of in absolute terms.
How this fits into the Potential Report
With this update, the Potential Report Template now brings together:
- Personality– behavioural style and interaction patterns
- Values– motivational drivers and cultural fit
- GMA– cognitive demands, learning pace, and role complexity
Together, these sections are intended to support holistic, well-balanced conversations about potential, fit, and development — without overstepping into prediction or assessment of capability.
