Create Oneflow contract & edit

1. Prerequisites

  • You need an active Oneflow account and a connected HubSpot account.

  • The Oneflow integration must be installed in HubSpot (via the HubSpot App Marketplace).


2. Accessing the Integration

  1. In HubSpot, navigate to either:

    • Contacts (if you want to create a contract linked to a person), or

    • Companies (if you want to create a contract linked to an organization), or

    • Deals (if you want to create a contract linked to a sales opportunity).

  2. Open the specific record you want to generate a contract for.


3. Creating the Contract

  1. In the right-hand sidebar of the record, look for the Oneflow widget.

  2. Click “Create Contract”.

  3. Choose a template from Oneflow (e.g., Sales Agreement, NDA, Proposal).

  4. The system will automatically pull HubSpot data into the contract (such as name, company, deal value, email).

    • You can review and edit fields before sending.


4. Sending the Contract

  1. Add recipients (HubSpot contacts will auto-populate, but you can add more if needed).

  2. Adjust settings such as signing order, reminders, or expiration date.

  3. Click “Send Contract”.


5. Tracking the Contract

  • Once sent, you can monitor contract status directly in HubSpot.

  • Status updates may include: Sent, Viewed, Signed, Declined.

  • Signed contracts are automatically stored both in Oneflow and in the associated HubSpot record.


6. Benefits of Using Oneflow in HubSpot

  • Faster contract creation with auto-filled CRM data.

  • Real-time updates in HubSpot when the contract is opened or signed.

  • All contracts linked to Contacts, Companies, or Deals for easy follow-up.
