Custom object definitions

Certifications: This object is used by mainly the Swedish, Danish and Norwegian team. It stores a certification that a certain person at a company has received. So if the have a MAP certification it is visible on them here. 

All certifications was migrated from Upsales when migration was done in March 2025.

Customer Subscription: The overall subscription object comming from Zuora. This is directly linked to the Subscription in Zuora. If a change is made in Zuora, it will be reflected here in HubSpot also.

Charges: The customer subscription can have multiple charges, which is effectively one product per charge. Charges can be found associated directly to the customer subscription.

MRR: to correctly reflect the MRR on each charge, an object is created that shows previous and current and planned MRR on each charge. This allows for showing both the current and planned MRR on each charge and sum it up on the customer subscription.

Transactions: Shows the invoices and credit memos a customer has received. It is directly synced from Zuora to HubSpot and associated to the company, 

Zuora subscriptions: Used in the create integration flow from HubSpot -> Zuora as the middle layer that creates subscriptions, charges etc.
