Step-by-Step Guide to HubSpot’s Sales Workspace
1. Accessing the Sales Workspace

Log in to your HubSpot account.

In the top navigation bar, click Sales → Workspace.

This opens your personal sales workspace, designed to centralize your daily activities.
2. Overview (Home)

The home view gives you a quick snapshot of what needs your attention today.

Common sections include:
-
Tasks – your to-dos and follow-ups.
-
Meetings – upcoming and scheduled meetings.
-
Emails & Calls – your recent communication with leads.
-
Pipeline overview – deals and their current stage.

3. Tasks

Navigate to the Tasks tab to view your assigned activities.

Here you can:

Filter tasks by due today, overdue, or upcoming.
-
Create new tasks (e.g., “Call lead” or “Send follow-up email”).
-
Mark tasks as completed directly from the list.

4. Emails & Communication

If your email is connected to HubSpot, you can send and track emails directly in the workspace.

From here you can:

Write and send new emails.
-
Track open and engagement rates.
-
Use templates and snippets for faster outreach.

5. Meetings

If you’ve set up your HubSpot meeting link, all booked meetings appear in this section.

You can quickly see today’s and upcoming meetings without leaving the workspace.
6. Pipeline & Deals

The workspace provides a simplified view of your deal pipeline.

You can:

Click into individual deals to see notes, tasks, and next steps.

Move deals through pipeline stages using drag-and-drop.

Track progress toward your sales goals.

7. Customization

Tailor your workspace to fit your workflow by adjusting what you see.

Options include:

Filtering to show only your deals or your team’s.

Adding widgets like forecast, calls made today, or revenue progress.

Reordering sections based on what’s most important for your daily routine.
