Learning Agility is the tendency to be curious and have a “hungry mind”, quick to learn from experiences, and flexibly apply knowledge to overcome new challenges.
In order to view your own Learning Agility in Self Awareness Insights, you need to have the Leader, Development admin, or Development member role in the platform. Click on ‘Development’ in the menu on the left and select 'Self Awareness Insights' from the dropdown menu. Now click on ‘Go to assessments’ next to the assessment you want to start with. In order to view Learning Agility scores, you need to have completed both MAP and Match-V. MAP measures personality and Match-V measures values.
To view your results, go to Your Self Awareness Insights page and click on the View Insights button close to your Learning style summary. You can also navigate by clicking on the tab 'Learning style' on the top of the page. You will see your total score and get more insights into your results for the five dimensions by clicking on the corresponding dimension.
