Lens creation using Logics instead of Matrigma

For organisations using both Matrigma and Logics, it's now possible to create a lens, and get job-match and competency insights based on a combination of MAP and Logics. This means Matrigma can be replaced by Logics in new profiles/lenses.

It is now possible to create your own lenses with in-depth problem solving insights by default for Recruitments and/or Talent Management activities where it is relevant.


In the lens creation process, select In-Depth problem Solving to include more insights on cognitive ability. Candidates and employees assessed with this lens will then take the Logics test instead of Adaptive Matrigma. This increases the total test time of 18mn. The match score for the lens will base on the GMA score assessed with the Logics test. You can find more info on the Logics test here.


 

In addition to that, the list of the assessments that are required to collect the insights for a lens is now available by clicking the Details button of the lens card.


 

This enables you to control the assessments that candidates or employees will have to take when selecting a lens.
