A new assessment called Logics, is now available for Recruitment in the Assessio Platform.
Logics provides insights into multiple cognitive abilities and GMA (General Mental ability). The insights is provided in the Cognitive insights tabs in the Compare candidates page of the recruitment.
The assessment consists of 80 items to be completed within a maximum of 30 minutes. The respondent is free to navigate between, answer and skip tasks as they prefer. There is no time limit on the individual items; however, time spent on the different kinds of items is tracked and displayed on the result.
Logics is available as an additional insights when a Recruiter creates a recruitment. It can also be added afterwards when the recruitment has already been created, as any other additional insights.
If you want to have access to in-depth problem solving insights for recruitment in your organization, you need to activate Logics as an add-on for your organization.
If you are using the Screening package, Logics is also available as a screening lens provided the Logics add-on is activated for your organization. This makes it possible to assess candidates based on their detailed problem solving abilities.
