New insight tabs in the compare candidate view

We are now introducing distinct tabs to visualize Personality and Cognitive insights of candidates in the Recruitment Compare page. These insights were grouped initially in the Potential tab. There has not been any change in the content of the insights itself.

 

Personality refers to the Big-5 scores based on the MAP assessment.

Cognitive presents the cognitive ability of candidates (GMA) based on Adaptive Matrigma.

The badges on the Recruitment details reflect this change. They indicates the status and availability of the Personality (P) and Cognitive (C) insights.

 

Recruiters and Recruitment Admins can now decide if they want to share Personality, Cognitive or both insights with Recruitment Members and Hiring Managers. When creating the Saved view, select the corresponding filters.
