Organizational leadership feedback scores

The organization scores are meant to provide you with an indication of how to interpret your own scores. You see an average score and the range of highest to lowest score.

Average score: This is the average score of the feedback that leaders in your organisation have received. This includes all scores of completed reviews, of the current and previous years.

Highest score: This is the highest score of the feedback that a leader in your organisation has received. As for the average, this is based on all completed reviews, of the current and previous years.

Lowest score: This is the lowest score of the feedback that a leader in your organisation has received. As for the average, this is based on all completed reviews, of the current and previous years.
