People evaluation activities extended to HR Specialists

After introducing People Evaluation activities for Development Admins, Assessio understands that also HR Experts and Specialists could benefit from the creation of those activities and be able to engage in succession planning and competency mapping, therefore we made this capability available for them, as well.

In order to start or follow up on a People evaluation activity, click on ‘Talent Management’ in the menu on the left. Only users with the Development Admin and/or HR Specialist role in the platform have access to the Talent Management menu option and your organization needs to have the People evaluation activities add-on activated for the Development module. In the Talent Management page you view the list of your current activities. You can also create a new activity and then invite participants to complete assessments and view their results. You can invite other Development admins and HR Specialists to collaborate on the activity and you can of course analyze the results of the assessments.

Results are provided as competency scores and Match scores, based on the lens that you have selected for the activity. You can also get insights into Learning Agility, Values and Risk behaviors of the participants. By combining People Evaluation activities with the ability to create organizational lenses, your organization can perform assessments for any purpose, including succession planning, training selection, creating Leadership programs, competency mapping, and many more.
