People evaluation activities in Development module

Organizations are constantly in motion and there’s a real need to support employees in their ability to deal with the challenges of the future. Assessio understands that HR needs state-of-the art tools to complete important talent management tasks, such as succession planning and competency mapping. People evaluation activities in the Assessio platform allow organizations to quickly and efficiently provide assessments to their employees, for a variety of purposes.

In order to start or follow up on a People evaluation activity, click on ‘Talent Management’ in the menu on the left. Only users with the Development Admin role in the platform have access to the Talent Management menu option and your organization needs to have the People evaluation activities add-on activated for the Development module.

In the Talent Management page, you can view the list of your current activities. You can also create new activities and invite participants to complete assessments and view their results.

You can invite other Development admins to collaborate on the activity and you can of course analyze the results of the assessments.

Results are provided as competency scores and Match scores, based on the lens that you have selected for the activity. You can also get insights into Learning Agility, Values and Risk behaviors of the participants.


By combining People evaluation activities with the ability to create organizational lenses, your organization can perform assessments for any purpose, including succession planning, training selection, creating Leadership programs, competency mapping, and many more.
