Reports and ways of communicating results with stakeholders
Show every way you can communicate results—from printable test reports to the Report Studio templates and multi-candidate comparisons—and when to use each.
The three ways to report for an individual
1) Candidate-specific test reports (printable)
What it is: Auto-generated reports for each assessment (e.g., MAP, Matrigma, Match-V). This report is alos used to give test takers feedback when they have completed their assessment package (both candidates and employees).
What you get:
-
Trait/scale descriptions with plain-language interpretations
-
Visuals (e.g., C-scores, bands)
-
Candidate-friendly wording suitable for feedback sessions
Best for: Sharing transparent assessment results with a person, or attaching to a dossier.
2) Candidate Summary (role/lens view)
What it is: A one-page summary that brings together lens match and competency scores.
What you get:
-
Overall match score for the active lens and a description of what that means
-
Ordered list of lens competencies with scores
-
Quick callouts: most likely strengths and least likely strengths
Best for: Hiring discussions focused on role fit (screening, shortlist reviews).
3) Report Studio (6 curated templates)
What it is: A flexible, shareable report builder. Each template contains:
-
A short insight description (what to look for)
-
A result visual tailored to the template
-
An editable AI summary you can refine
-
Your own Notes section for decisions and next steps
Templates available:
-
Match — Clear insights into role fit and alignment with the job.
-
Core Talents — Discover and leverage a person’s greatest strengths.
-
Learning Agility — Uncover learning style, growth potential, and adaptability.
-
Match with Core Talents — See both role fit and the strengths that drive success.
-
Match with Extremes — Understand fit while spotting potential derailers early.
-

Best for: Stakeholder-ready summaries where you want structured commentary, a clear visual, and a place to capture final notes—without leaving the platform.
Compare & communicate across multiple people
Analyze View (shareable comparisons)
What it is: A side-by-side view for multiple candidates/employees.
What you can include:
-
Competencies (under / just right / over)
-
Extremes, Learning Agility, Values, Personality, Cognitive
-
Turn filters on/off to hide names, scores, or specific insight types when needed
Best for: Panel hiring, calibration meetings, talent reviews—any time you must compare fairly and transparently.
When to use what (quick guide)
-
Give personal feedback → Candidate-specific test reports
-
Share role fit fast → Candidate Summary
-
Tell the full story to stakeholders → Report Studio (choose a template)
-
Compare multiple people side-by-side → Analyze View (with filters)
Workflow tips (good practice)
-
Pick the right lens first. All role-fit reports inherit the active lens; confirm it matches the requisition or team context.
-
Use the template that answers the meeting’s question. (E.g., risk-focused panel? → Match with Extremes.)
-
Edit the AI summary for decisions. Add why/why-not, exceptions, and next steps—then save.
-
Protect insight quality. In Analyze View, hide names/scores to reduce anchoring; review shapes/patterns first.
-
Link to development. Convert insights into Directional goal → Actions → Checks for onboarding/development plans.
