This is a summary of competencies with ready-to-ask interview questions from the Assessio Platform. It’s aligned to the Assessio Performance Framework (peopleship + leadership). Each set uses S-B-R (Situation → Behavior → Result).

  • Tell me about a time you achieved a result through cross-team collaboration. What did you do and what changed?

  • Describe a situation where you disagreed with a teammate but still moved forward together. How did you handle it?
