Recruitment specific invitation e-mails

Clients can now edit invitation emails per individual recruitment, instead of being limited to organization-wide invitation templates. This gives recruiters more flexibility to tailor communication to the specific role or process.   This improvement makes it easier to adapt tone, language, and content to each recruitment while keeping organization-wide defaults intact.

Personalise specific recruitment invitations

If you are a Recruiter or Recruitment Admin, you are no longer limited to the organization wide invitation templates, when inviting candidates to a recruitment. You can edit the invitation to the recruitment, when you create the recruitment or afterwards, when the recruitment is already on-going. This gives you more flexibility to control and tailor the communication to the specific role or process.


You can edit the invitation email in two ways:

  • During recruitment creation:


When setting up a new recruitment, you can customize the invitation email as part of the flow.



  • For an on-going recruitment:


At any time, you can edit the invitation email from the Recruitment Details menu. Changes will apply to that specific recruitment only and for the candidates added after the changes are saved.

This improvement makes it easier to adapt tone, language, and content to each recruitment while keeping organization-wide defaults intact.


Note that this is not possible to edit the Legal Mentions section of the invitation email, that is mandatory.
