Reports are now available to everyone
Reports in Assessio Platform will no longer be controlled by an addon, which means that Reports will be available from the moment that either Recruitment, Development or both modules get active for an organization.
The owner is entitled to decide whether AI is available or not in the Reports.
In line with that, we decided to create a new configuration accessible through Recruitment and Development settings, that allows the Organization Owner to be able to manage the use or not of AI within the Reports. We know that AI may be a sensitive subject, therefore we look forward to providing you with an easy setup that defines whether it’s used or not in the Report.
This configuration is quite flexible, meaning that you may decide to activate AI in one of the modules only.
AI Summaries in Reports - Navigation
If you are an Owner and wish to check whether your organization has AI access within the Reports, login into the Assessio Platform and access ‘Settings’ from the left side menu. From this section, navigate to either ‘Recruitment settings’ or ‘Development settings’ and interact with the toggle depending on whether you want to include or exclude AI from the Reports.
Bear in mind that previous generated AI summaries will be available if AI is re-activated for a given organization.
