It was already possible to ask the AI Assistant to help you create goal actions for a specific goal you already chose. But now you can ask the assistant to even help you pick the right goal. Go to the Development Goals page and click on Use AI assistant. Now simply provide some information about your role, your responsibilities, or the change you want to focus on, and receive a goal suggestion.
The AI development coach will suggest a competency from Assessio’s Performance Framework and three actions that can be implemented to help reach the suggested development goal. If you have chosen to share your development data, then these actions can include suggestions based on your Learning Agility as well. From here you can either refine the suggested competency, or refine the suggested actions. When you are done, you click save and the goal will appear in Your development goals.
