Viewing Self Awareness Insights

In order to view your Self Awareness insights, you need to have the role of Leader, Development Admin or Development member in the platform. Also, you need to have completed at least the assessments MAP and Matrigma.

You can view your Self Awareness Insights via the Development menu.

  1. Click on Development in the menu on the left.

  2. Select Self Awareness Insights from the drop down menu.

  3. Select View insights on the right side of the page, or select the Competency & Risk prediction or Learning style tab at the top of the page.

Competency & Risk prediction

The turning cube shows you the combined results from the assessments MAP & Matrigma. By selecting Leadership next to 'Choose view', you will see your scores on the four Leadership domains, based on the assessment results. Scores range from 1 to 100. The color of the Leadership domain is lighter if the score is lower and darker if the score is higher.

Scores of 80 and higher indicate that your leadership behavior within that domain is expected to be 'Just right' . This is because, based on your potential (personality and general mental ability), you are likely to show the behavior to a degree that works well. It can be that your potential is such that you may have a tendency to show more of the behavior than would generally be beneficial, this is called 'Over doing'. Or your potential is such that the behavior is less likely than what would generally be beneficial, so you are expected to perform too little of the behavior, or 'Under doing'. Both 'Under doing' and 'Over Doing' have a score of lower than 80.

  • Select any of the four domains next to 'Choose view' to see your development suggestions for the peopleship competencies in that domain.

  • Select 'Extremes' next to 'Choose view' to see the five extremes and your development suggestions for these.

Extremes are scored as 'low risk' or 'high risk'. Everyone has some risk, since extremes are about how you respond to more extreme situations, such as a lot of pressure at work, or severe boredom, when it becomes harder to properly regulate your own behavior.

 Learning style

The turning cube shows you the combined results from the assessments MAP & Match-V as a total score on a scale of 1-100 for your overall Learning Agility. A higher score indicates an increased eagerness to expand their understanding, to explore new ideas, data or methods, and the individual is more likely to enjoy stretching tasks and assignments.

There are five dimensions within Learning Agility; Change Agility, Mental Agility, People Agility, Results Agility and Self-awareness. Select a dimension to see your development suggestions. Each of these dimensions displays a different way of learning and your result can be High, Medium or Low on each dimension.

For the five dimensions a high score on a dimension indicates this is your preferred way of learning, a medium score indicates this dimension doesn't add or withdraw from the effect on your way of learning and a low score indicates this dimension is less preferred when it comes to your way of learning. Some people will have a high agility for all five dimensions but most people will have a high score on only one or two of these dimensions.
