Change (QON)

What is being measured?

Q1000 Change maps whether an employee or candidate is willing and able to adapt smoothly to changes within the organisation. Everyone, both in work and in private life, is constantly confronted with changes. Some people find this unpleasant, while others find it a great joy. However, everyone has a way to cope with change. Self-awareness in this area helps to deal better with changes.

When to use it?

The test can be used in programs related to employability, mobility, and reintegration, but also during reorganisations.

Why use it?

The test gives insight in seven areas of agility: Optimism, Openness to change, Openness to others, Belief in own abilities, Sense of control, Self-reflection, and Learning. The report provides insight: what are strengths and pitfalls? Also tips are given.
