What does this assessment measure?

Q1000 Career Values measures what a candidate finds important in their work. The candidate selects the seven most important values from a larger set and builds a personal value pyramid.

When can I use this assessment?

This assessment can be used for mobility, career development, and exploring person–environment fit.

Why use this assessment?

Q1000 Career Values is simple and intuitive to use. All cards are visible on screen, and candidates can select or remove cards with a single click. The results provide insight into a candidate’s work values and can help determine whether a work environment is a good match.

How does it work?

The assessment is not timed. Candidates usually complete it in about 20 minutes. The report shows the candidate’s value pyramid, including their seven most important values.
