Finding a common thread through your candidates' success stories, wich also provides them with guidance on their future carreer and allows them to create more succes stories. 

How to use it?

Step by step they go through and answer the questions. Describing situations in which they were succesful and felt at their best and reflecting on their succes. They can upload a picture to illustrate their reflection.
