My heroes

 In this exercise, you’ll discover who your sources of inspiration are, why they inspire you, and what this says about you. 

What is measured?

Everyone has different sources of inspiration in their life: your heroes. In this assignment you will explore who your heroes are and what they say about your leadership.

When to use it?
Use this assigment as part of your (management) development proces. This helps you to discover what drives you and what makes your role as a manager meaningful to you. 

Why use it?
It is important to know who you are and what you want to contribute to as a manager.

How to use it?
You make a list of people who inspire and excites you, describe why they are an example to you and draw conclusions from the previous steps.
