What is measured?
It is a reflection assignment. The team members will reflect on the team: what are the goals and responsabilities? What does the team need to be able to do that and what does this take from their manager?
When to use it?
This assignment is designed for leadership development. Use it at the start of a development proces and as a reference during the proces.
Why use it?
By linking the development process as a manager directly to the team and its ambition, a clear foundation is created for development opportunities.
