Personality (QPN)
QPN is one of our most used instruments. It outlines a personality profile, used for selection and development.
What is measured?
With Personality (QPN), you have a complete personality profile of a candidate or employee. This allows you to determine what the most characteristic personality traits are or how someone can be characterised. In addition, you can assess whether a particular role or position suits someone.
When to use it?
The Personality questionnaire can be used for (pre)selection, mobility and development. Based on the questionnaire, conclusions can be drawn about traits, competencies or talents.
Why use it?
The Personality questionnaire has been developed based on the Big Five theory, the most scientifically substantiated personality model. The Big Five traits are generally regarded as enduring characteristics of a person, traits that are truly part of a person’s nature and possess a certain stability: extroverted, agreeable, conscientious, stable and innovative.
How to use it?
There is no time limit for taking the test; on average, candidates take 15-20 minutes to complete it. Various report formats are available, such as a talents report, a competencies report, a management roles report and a personality traits report. Two standards are available for the questionnaire: selection and non-selection.
