Employability (APQ)

What is measured?

The Employability assessment measures several factors that contribute to employability. First, it evaluates a candidate's current level of employability. It also examines whether canidates actively invest in maintaining and improving their employability, the level of vitality and well-being, the extent to which their work environment supports them, and whether they demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset.

When to use it?

The assessment provides insight into the participants' employability and their opportunities in the labour market. Research shows that people remain employable when they regularly reflect on their future, continue to learn new skills, and take active steps to develop their careers. This helps them prepare for change while increasing both their resilience and job satisfaction.

Why use it?

The report provides scores for each of the assessed areas and includes practical recommendations to support further development. It identifies both the factors that may hinder progress and those that can help candidates move forward. It also offers actionable suggestions that can be applied immediately. Together, these insights form a comprehensive action plan to help candidates strengthen their employability step by step.

How to use it?

The questionnaire covers 5 relevant topics to employability. It takes about 15 – 20 minutes to answer all questions. The questionnaire is a a good starting point for career coaching purposes.
