Roles (QRI)

What is measured?

QRN Roles assesses someone's fit with nine different roles. The report provides a description of each role, as well as the extent to which it suits the person in question. Each role is rated as a good fit, a somewhat good fit, or not a good fit. The final result highlights the two best-fitting roles, with a detailed description of each.

When to use it?

Which roles are the best fit? Is the candidate someone who ensures that work is completed with great attention to detail? Or is the candidate more likely to take the lead and create the conditions for others to perform at their best? This assessment answers questions like these. It is also valuable for teams, as it helps identify which roles are well represented and which roles the team may need more of.

Why use it?

The assessment measures 9 different roles. For each role, you get a brief description along with an indication of how well it matches. The results include a detailed description of the two best-matching roles, along with the types of tasks that suit these roles best. We also highlight potential challenges associated with these roles and provide practical suggestions for dealing with them. In addition, the report describesthe two least-matching roles and concludes with an overview of all nine roles.
