When to use it?
Learning Agility can be used in recruitment and development assessments. For development situations, an additional 360-questionnaire is available.
Why use it?
Learning Agility can be used to determine how learning-agile your candidates are, identify their learning preferences, and discover how they can develop or improve their learning agility.
