Invitation/Activation mail not received
Invitation emails are sent from the address:
message@assessiobloom.online
If an invitation email sent by the Assessio platform is not received:
- Check your spam/unwanted mail folder(s)
- Search for message@assessiobloom.online across all folders
If this yields no results:
- contact your organisation's IT department and request that message@assessiobloom.online should be whitelisted
- contact your coach/recruiter to request a new invitation/activation email.
