Invitation/Activation mail not received

Invitation emails are sent from the address message@assessiobloom.online

If an invitation email sent by the Assessio Bloom platform is not received:

  • Check your spam/unwanted mail folder(s)
  • Search for message@assessiobloom.online across all folders

If this yields no results:

  • contact your coach/recruiter to request a new invitation/activation email.

If you still do not receive an email

  • contact your organisation's IT department and request that message@assessiobloom.online should be whitelisted
