Assessio Onboarding: A Practical Starter Guide to Ensure Your Success with Assessio from Day One

Welcome to Assessio 
Our onboarding process is designed to be as smooth and self-sufficient as possible. Most customers complete the onboarding within 1–2 weeks, depending on how much time is dedicated to daily implementation. You will have access to a clear step-by-step guide (see below), e-learning, and certification training that will help you get started quickly and independently.

A successful onboarding means that you have completed the training, set up all necessary configurations, carried out your first recruitment, and feel confident using the platform in your daily operations.

We expect you to actively follow the onboarding guide, test features, and flag any questions or obstacles you encounter. Our support team is available to assist you when needed—especially if you run into technical issues or require guidance on specific steps. The goal is for you to feel confident and self-reliant in your usage, with us as a supportive partner in the background.

Activation Phase

Welcome to the Activation Phase, the first stage of onboarding. This begins with two training sessions:

  • E-learning
  • Certification Training

Part 1: E-learning (link to self sign-up to SWE training) covers the basics of the platform, duration: 60 minutes, along with an optional part of 40 minutes.

Part 2: Certification Training (link to SWE training page) (Assessio Platform: Certification in MAP & Matrigma) is a thorough theoretical walkthrough including platform demos and practical exercises, duration: full day.

Get Started with the Platform

In parallel with the activation phase, you can begin the steps below to familiarize yourself with the platform.

Step 1: Create Account

As a new customer and user, you will receive an information email from our support team with instructions on how to create your account. The link is valid for three days. For security reasons, if the link expires, you’ll need to request a new one via the “Forgot Password” process.

Step 2: Add Users

Do you have the "owner" profile? If so, you can add users to your organization. Your contract specifies how many users are included in your subscription.

Step 3: Activate SSO

Choose the most secure login method for your team: password or Single Sign-On (SSO). We recommend SSO for enhanced protection. Prioritize security by selecting the safest option that suits your needs, then follow the instructions to activate it.

Step 4: Go Live

Once you’ve completed the Activation Phase (e-learning and certification training) and carried out the three steps above, you are ready to start working in the Assessio platform and create your first recruitment.

During your first year as a new user, you will receive emails from us at Assessio with tips and tricks on how to make the most of the platform.

Quick Start: Get Ready to Create Your First Recruitment in 5 Easy Steps (Without ATS Integration)

  1. Recruitment → Create Recruitment
  2. Add Recruitment Information
  3. Select a Job Match Lens (competency profile)
  4. Add In-Depth Insights (if included in your subscription, optional)
  5. Add Candidates

Job Match Lens: The lenses use "big data" from various job clusters (e.g., O-Net), or predictive data based on the performance framework, and the MAP and Matrigma behavioral assessments available in the platform.
