In practice, this may include:
- Following procedures and instructions
- Working carefully and consistently
- Completing routine tasks reliably
- Acting responsibly, even under pressure
Candidates with a stronger match are more likely to work in a dependable and careful way. They are also less likely to ignore rules, cut corners, or create unnecessary risk.
This lens is especially useful for roles where consistency, trustworthiness, and low error tolerance are important.
Examples include:
- Warehouse roles
- Inventory roles
- Production roles
- Security roles
- Construction roles
- Maintenance roles
- Machine operator roles
- Housekeeping roles
- Kitchen roles
Service lens
The Service lens indicates how likely a candidate is to work in a helpful, customer-focused, and professional way.
In practice, this may include:
- Being polite and attentive
- Listening well
- Handling complaints calmly
- Maintaining a positive attitude in customer interactions
Candidates with a stronger match are more likely to be warm, patient, and professional in contact with customers. They are also more likely to stay calm under pressure and remain constructive in challenging situations.
This lens is especially useful for roles where customer satisfaction, professionalism, and positive interactions are important.
Examples include:
- Customer service roles
- Front desk roles
- Support roles
- Call center roles
- Counter service roles
- Hospitality roles
- Guest services roles
- Brand ambassador roles
A note on choosing lenses
Some level of integrity matters in all jobs. However, the Integrity lens is most useful when the role depends heavily on reliability, compliance, safety, or careful task execution.
The Service lens is most useful when the role involves frequent customer contact and a need for positive, professional communication.
For some roles, using both lenses will give the most relevant screening view.
