For optimal recruitment decisions you may want to share the results of certain candidates. Recruiters that are collaborators already have access to the Compare candidates page and Recruitment members can see the saved view. You can also share this view with other professionals, even if they do not have access to the Assessio platform.
First of all, a view of the candidate results needs to be created on the Compare candidates page, by the Recruiter or Recruitment admin. This view includes which candidates can be seen and what results and insights are included. Then, this view can be shared by providing an email address. An email will be sent to this address that includes a link to the saved view.
This view is dynamic, meaning that candidates in the view can be selected and unselected for easier comparison. Note however that a view shared this way does not include candidate names or overview.
For security reasons, email links are one-time links: Once the view has been accessed, the link is not valid anymore. The external user can then request a new link without the need to contact the Recruitment team. For further security, the link is only active for 7 days and can be deactivated by the Recruiter or Recruitment Admin. If the Recruitment is closed, the link is automatically deactivated.
