Review Team

The Review Team is the group of people that have been invited for a review, to provide feedback to a Leader. It is composed and managed by the person that has created the review, which can be the Leader themselves, or a person with the Owner role.

Accessing a Review Team for an incomplete review.

1. Click on Performance in the menu on the left.

2. Select Reviews from the dropdown menu.

3. Click on any of the reviews to open a list of Reviewer's names, this is the Review Team.

Accessing a Review Team for a completed review

1. Click on Performance in the menu on the left.

2. Select Results from the dropdown menu.

3. On the top right you see the Review Team that has provided the input for the review. Each circle with initials indicates a person that has been invited to provided feedback. By hovering over the circles, you can see the full name of this person.

4. Click on View, you open a new window with information on the Review Team, which shows the full name, the relationship to the leader and whether they have completed the review.

You can always search for a Review by typing the name of the person that was reviewed in the search bar.
