The Logics Report

The Logics Report is a new report template available on the platform, providing a complete visual summary of a candidate's Logics assessment results. It is designed to support recruiters during candidate interviews by presenting all relevant data in a clear, structured format that can be downloaded and referenced without a laptop. The report includes all main scores, sub-scores, and the candidate's response pattern, giving recruiters a comprehensive view of the results in a single document.

Who can use it?

The Logics Report is available to all users with access to candidate profiles. No additional configuration is required to enable the feature.

How to generate and download the Logics Report
  1. Navigate to the relevant candidate's profile.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Choose Logics Report from the list of available report templates.
  4. Select your preferred view (see below) and click Download.

          The report will download as a PDF file, ready to print or share.

          Report views

          The Logics Report offers two view options:

          Simplified view A condensed summary of the candidate's Logics results. This view highlights the most essential scores and is suited for quick reference.

          Full profile view A comprehensive view that includes all main scores, sub-scores, and the full response pattern of the candidate. This is the recommended view for in-depth interview discussions.

          Note: When printing, only the full profile view is printed, regardless of the view currently selected on screen.

          What data is included in the report?

          The Logics Report contains:

          • Main scores — the candidate's overall Logics results
          • Sub-scores — a breakdown of performance across individual dimensions
          • Response pattern — a visual representation of how the candidate responded throughout the assessment
          • Review results prior to the interview without needing platform access
          • Reference specific scores and patterns during the conversation
          • Annotate a printed copy if required

                All data is presented visually to make it straightforward to interpret and discuss during an interview.

                The Logics Report is designed to support structured interview conversations around a candidate's cognitive assessment results. By downloading the report in advance, recruiters can:

                      Can I download the Logics Report for any candidate? Yes, the report can be generated for any candidate who has completed the Logics assessment.

                      Is the Logics Report available in multiple languages? The report is generated in the language configured for your account. Please contact your platform administrator if you require a specific language version.

                      Can I share the downloaded report externally? Yes. Once downloaded, the PDF can be shared in line with your organisation's data handling and privacy policies.
