👁️ Access the history of your trainings
As an employee, you have a permanent access to the list of trainings associated with your profile.
To access your profile, click on your name at the bottom left of the screen.
"Training requests” tab
This tab contains all the training requests associated with you. The search function makes it easy to find them.
About their display :
- requests can be sorted by name or creation date,
- they can be filtered by status or by period (years).

📖 Consult the training catalog
It is now possible to consult a training catalog directly on Elevo.
This enriches the content available during reviews conducted on Elevo and thus facilitates the adoption and adherence to the tool.
💡 Note: This catalog is visible by all users. It has to be activated by your HR team first.
Where to find the training catalog?
Click on Training in the side menu then Training Catalogue. It is then possible to browse the catalog freely or to search by keyword.
Several elements will be visible at first glance:
- The name of the training,
- The name of the organization providing the training,
- Its logo,
- The cost per participant,
- The average rating for the training session and the number of ratings given,
- The number of associated hours.
By clicking on the training, new details will appear such as:
- the content and objectives of the training,
- whether it is certified or not,
- the certification's validity period,
- the available language or languages,
- the format,
- the location.
What training courses are recommended for my profile?
A “Recommended for you” tab may appear in the training catalog, with training suggestions based on your skills matrix.
If no suggestions have been associated with this matrix, then the tab will not appear.
