Learning Agility
Learning agility is the ability to learn from experience. Five dimensions are measured: Mental Agility (learning by understanding), Results agility (learning by following goals), People Agility (learning with and from others), Change Agility (learning by doing), and Self-Awareness (learning through introspection). Strenghts (QK360)
Strengths (QK360) shows which behaviours the participant considers to be their strengths and how others assess their qualities. The report shows the results per field of strength. Any personal comments from feedback providers are also included in the report. Read more

Inclusion Scan
The Inclusion Scan encourages participants to reflect on and strengthen their inclusive thinking and actions. It covers six aspects: Managing differences, Room for diversity, Room for inclusion, Diversity of your network, Openness to change, and your Inclusion experience. The Inclusion Scan was developed by Dr Saniye Çelik, Professor of Diversity and Inclusion, in collaboration with Assessio Bloom. Read more

Employability (APQ)
The assessment provides insight into participants' employability and their opportunities in the labour market. It measures several contributing factors, including their current level of employability, how actively they invest in maintaining and improving it, their vitality and well-being, the degree of perceived support from their work environment, and whether they demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset. Change (QON)
Change (QON) maps whether an employee or candidate is willing and able to adapt smoothly to changes within the organisation. Being able to adapt to change is important because it enables individuals and organisations to remain resilient, relevant, and effective in the face of evolving circumstances and new challenges. Roles (QRI)
Roles (QRI) assesses someone's fit with nine different roles. The report provides a description of each role, as well as the extent to which it suits the person in question. Each role is rated as a good fit, a somewhat good fit, or not a good fit. The final result highlights the two best-fitting roles, with a detailed description of each. Read more

Job perception (QWBN)
The Job Perception (QWBN) gives insight in the participants' job satisfaction. Experiencing job satisfaction provides people with energy and vitality at work. The report answers the following questions: How does the participant feel about their job? What gives them energy? How they tackle energy drain? How engaged do they feel? Read more

Work types (QWSN)
Work Types (QWBN) questionnaire identifies someone’s interest in various tasks and activities. It measures the following work type preferences: Control and Enforcement, Helping and Caring, Learning and Coaching, Design and Create, Research and Development, Production and Implementation, Arranging and Supporting, Leading and Managing and Selling and Advising.
