Personality (QPI)
Personality (QPI) is an ipsative personality questionnaire. It focusses on the person's talents.
What is measured?
Q1000 Personality (QPI) helps determine what the most characteristic personality traits are and where someone's talent lies.
When to use it?
The Personality questionnaire can be used for mobility and development. It is less suitable for recruitment or selection assessments.
Why use it?
The Personality questionnaire is based on the Big Five theory, one of the scientifically best-founded personality models. The Big Five qualities are generally seen as durable qualities of someone, qualities that really belong to someone and have a certain resistance: extroverted, friendly, careful, stable and innovative. It is an ipsative measure. Because of that, it is less impacted by social desirability. It ranks the person's traits, and, based on that, gives insight to their most prominent talents and behaviors.
How to use it?
The test is not time-bound; it takes 10 minutes on average. The questionnaire is ipsative (forced choice), which means that two statements are shown and the most appropriate one must be chosen. From this, a ranking of traits emerges. The questionnaire is accompanied by a report that discusses talents.
